We’re looking for individuals immediately available to work through the end of our summer season at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana, and continue on as a part of our housekeeping team for the winter season at one of our Arizona guest ranches.

We’re looking for a hardworking new member of our housekeeping staff to lead the initiative on all housekeeping duties, cleaning guest cabins/rooms and common areas; as well as assist in the kitchen and with serving meals. We are a small staff looking for someone who will be a team player and able to step in where needed and oversee the quality of all housekeeping activities.

We are also looking for new housekeepers, so please feel free to apply even if you have limited housekeeping experience; but are willing to learn. Pay is based on the position you are hired for.

Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona and Montana. Immediate start date available at the Circle Bar Ranch and the fall season offers the opportunity to work at one of our Arizona dude ranches.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Leading housekeeping staff on all assigned duties
Overseeing the quality of housekeeping activities
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning
Cleaning of common areas (lodge/Hacienda/Cantina, office, pool/hot tub area)
Laundry and maintenance of laundry room
Preparation of dining areas for meals
Meal Service and clearing tables after meals
Assist with meal prep as needed
Wash dishes as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with housekeeping
Self-starter with initiative who is able to work independently
Ability to follow instructions in English
Ability to plan work in order of importance for guest arrivals/meal times
Ability to adjust to last-minute changes
Attention to detail

The historic ranches in the True Ranch Collection are unique and authentic guest ranches in some of the West’s best country. Circle Bar Ranch is in the heart of Charlie Russell country in Central Montana, about 1.5 hours from Great Falls. Our Arizona guest ranches are located outside of Phoenix and Tucson.
