We are NOT a ranch we are a year around tour operator in Big Bend, Texas.

We are seeking a year-round employee but will take seasonal into consideration ( must stay until April the 14th)

Do you have experience with horses, but new to guiding? Send us a resume anyway.

We are looking for wrangler that will be responsible for bring in animals, grooming and saddling up the right horses need for the day rides.

Good communication skills as you will be engaging with the customers very closely ( history about the area and the flora and flaunta in the area ( we have material for you to read to get familiar with Our area.

First aid certificate (not Red Cross) is a plus, but we can talk about that.

Must have own vehicle.

Daily wage is based on experience.

We have some subsidized employee housing.

We are very remote !! No big box stores with in a 3 hour drive. We do have a small grocery store, restaurants and all kinds of outdoor activities on your time off.
