Following training, the candidate will utilize heavy equipment to support construction and maintenance of pond and stream restoration projects on a large and remote ranch.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Implementing stream restoration and pond construction designs
• Heavy equipment operation—Excavator, Dozer, Frontend loader, skid steer, off-road dump trucks
• Works under a construction foreman
• Constructs various landscape projects in addition to restoration work
Requirements
• Multiple years’ experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to do light laborer activities such as lifting and carrying over 75 pounds.
• Ability to work closely and have shared living quarters with seasonal construction teams.
• Willing and able to work in remote locations.
