Need a live-in person to feed, shovel manure, light vetting, grounds keeping, watering, misc repairs to pipes and fences. The ranch is 5 acres, grass pastures, tall trees.
Lodging is a 5th wheel with outside storage. All utilities paid. You must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and love animals. Must have horse handling experience. You will be working 4 days a week for room & board; 3 days without feeding duties; with plenty of side job opportunities to earn money on those days.
Background check, some English needed, honest, non-addicted, excellent work ethic and easy to get along with are requirements. No whiners, excess emotional baggage or loser/liars need apply.
There is room for your critters, ( no chicken chasers! ) Need someone who wants to live a remote ranch life, not just someone looking to stop by for a month and move on.
