Small farming operation looking for an experienced farm hand and grounds/facilities keeper. Valid Drivers license and clean background required.. no criminal felonies.
Responsibilities will include feeding, operating standard farm equipment including driving a tractor/trailer, zero turn mower, occasional equipment maintenance, feeding and maintaining animals, barn upkeep, general farm maintenance and cleanup, occasional maintenance of small garden and plants, trimming trees and building/fixing fence when needed, and some mowing during spring & summertime.
Looking for someone with a positive attitude, willing to show up and work, self-motivated, strong work ethic and the ability to be a self starter who can work independently.
Experience on a farm, working with animals, trimming/clipping animals etc is a plus.
Pay based on experience.
