Heaven on Earth Guest Ranch
Montana guest ranch is looking for a hard working, self-motivated individual willing to contribute to a professional, fun and friendly atmosphere with excellent communication and strong customer service.
The ranch offers a wide range of activities and attracts people from all over the world. Our guests may float in for a day or stay for a week.
Working as a team and getting along with other staff is essential in this position. Employee must show up for work on time and with a great attitude, ready to provide excellent customer service until the end of the season.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Helping ranch staff with spring cleaning and fall winterization of the lodge and cabins
- Preparing meals from tried and true ranch recipes
- Weekly food inventory
- Accommodating special dietary needs of our guests
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen space (including pantry, refrigerators, and freezers)
- Deep cleaning the kitchen weekly
- Ability to work under pressure and provide superb guest service.
Must be flexible to perform whatever other task is needed. No pets please.
Wage will vary by experience, room and board will be provided.
Seasonal 2025, April through end of November.
