Triplett Ranch
Seeking a dependable and hardworking Ranch Hand to support daily operations on a working ranch. This hands-on role involves caring for livestock, maintaining equipment, and performing general ranch upkeep. Ideal candidates are physically fit, have basic mechanical know-how, and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed, water, and monitor the health of livestock (cattle, deer, etc.)
- Repair and maintain fences, gates, water lines, and ranch buildings
- Operate tractors, ATVs, dozer, brushhog, chaninsaw, and other ranch equipment safely
- Monitor supplies and report needs or concerns to the owner
Qualifications:
- Prior ranch, farm, or livestock experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic mechanical, welding, or carpentry skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license and background check required
- Must be dependable, honest, and have a strong work ethic
