Job description – Sous Chef
Established luxury wing shooting lodge & corporate retreat located in central Michigan seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join our team for 3 month seasonal, with the chance of a permanent position.
This is a hands-on position, you will be responsible for assisting all kitchen functions including cooking and preparation, this includes serving of meals to the clients.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be proficient in time management, cleanliness and customer service.
