We are seeking more than just an employee. We prefer a young couple with some ag experience or background—with the ability, motivation, and desire to be more than just hired help. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone that has the dedication to do this for the rest of their career. We are willing to help teach and train the right candidate, but we just do not have the time to train from the ground up. We prefer a young couple who is hungry to get into this career opportunity and settle themselves into our small town, rural country setting. We will take the time necessary to visit with you about what this opportunity may present, but we ask that you consider our time as well as yours. In other words, we ask for serious inquiries only.

We are a south central North Dakota cow/calf, pivot irrigation, and grain operation. Duties include all aspects of farm and ranch work. Mechanical and welding abilities are helpful. We use ATV’s for our cattle work. There is also a considerable amount of tractor time for haying and farming duties.

We strive to run as clean and tidy an operation as possible; therefore, we expect in you that same pride in the equipment that you operate as well as with the housing/yard that is provided.You must be smoke and drug free. Big box stores are an hour away; school and small town shopping are 10 to 30 minutes away. We are located just 10 miles off of the interstate. We live among friendly yet generally independent people.

Compensation options may be negotiated. The housing provided is suitable for a family. We provide heating/ AC and electricity.
