Bell Cross Ranch
In search of a full time, energetic RANCH MANAGER COUPLE to assist the V.P. of Ranch Operations at a high-end privately owned guest ranch.
One individual will be in charge of managing all aspects of the daily operations at the main Lodge. The job will include training and supervising seasonal help, as well as working with vendors. Must have experience in hospitality work and be a good communicator, as well as have great people skills. This person must be well organized with computer skills including Excel and some bookkeeping knowledge. This position will work primarily indoors with staff and guests.
The other individual must have knowledge of a working cattle and horse ranch. A knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair, maintenance of property and building repair and interacting with guests on scheduled trail rides and corral events.
These are both demanding and fast paced jobs which require attentiveness, good communication skills and the desire to learn. Salary based upon experience. On-site housing provided for the Couple.
