Seeking temporary Part-Time Recreation Assistants that could expand into permanent part-time or full time positions for the right candidates (or use this job as a stepping stone to learn about other Dekalb County Job opportunities!)

The Dirt: This is a labor of love environment, horses take hard work to clean stalls, feed and turn out and bring in horses in all kinds of weather, 365 days at year.
The Need: Physically Strong (walking, lifting, leading 1000 lb. animals), dedicated, caring and committed to animal care, a love to learn and grow your skill-sets daily.
The Extras: If you have additional skills such as handyman, fence building, tractor driving, computer admin skills, special projects abound to balance out the daily tasks.
The Joy: It’s awesome to develop relationships with these magnificent horses and each day can truly be a learning opportunity for the folks that want to learn.
