*Breakfast Cook Needed at Paradise Guest Ranch*
Located in the BIG HORN MOUNTAINS / BUFFALO, WYOMING/ nestled around 1.3 million acres of National Forest
Start: May/ASAP – September 25th
Hours: 5am – 1-2pm
Primary responsibilities: Cook breakfast 6 days week for 125 staff and guests
- cook for staff /a la cart 50 staff from 7:00 – 7:30am
- cook for guests 7:30 – 8:30am (75 guests during Family Weeks/40 guests during Adult Weeks)
- competent breakfast cook: to cook eggs to order and daily specials
- all breakfast prep: typically includes daily specials, fruit trays, pancake prep, potato prep, meats
- work with Chef and/or owners to create daily breakfast specials
- additional prep work: could include salad bar, lunch or dinner, appetizer prep
- maintain clean work area, assist in deliveries
