Fun, fast paced culinary jobs on a beautiful ranch serving up to 50 guests and 30 staff per meal. The ranch has a well equipped, spacious and sunny commercial kitchen. Menu is provided.
Breakfast cook must have experience with special diets and will help the lunch/dinner chef with prep. Meals are served buffet style, or plated up, depending upon the menu. There is a creek side breakfast once a week.
Chefs must keep track of meats inventory and submit once a week to the kitchen manager. Breakfast chef prepares and serves lunch and dinner on the lunch/dinner chef's day off. Dinner salads are the responsibility of the breakfast chef.
Current California Food Handler's Card required. Available online.
Salary: $15.00 / hour + tips
May 17 – October 12; 5 or 6 day work week
Compensation includes Free Room & Board plus tips.
