Looking for a person who has extensive cooking experience for groups of 10 to 15 people in a back country setting in Yellowstone National Park. Knowledgeable in semi gourmet food, shopping for it, packing in pack boxes in a limited space.

This is not a permanent camp, this is progressive pack tripping where we move camps and cover many miles in Yellowstone park. It mainly consists of breakfasts, sack lunches, appetizers, main courses and desserts.

Dutch oven cooking is a plus but not a necessity. Must be able to get along with people and be personable. Horse experience is a big Plus as we ride everywhere and pack mules. Must be in good shape as it is a physical job setting up kitchen and breaking it down and packing loads.

Must love the outdoors, not mind adverse weather sometimes, and keeping a good attitude on long days.

We need someone July thru September.

Salary: Pay is $125 dollars per day in the field, $12 dollars an hour in the front country. Mostly in the field.
