HUNTING CAMP COOK NEEDED ASAP !
September 30 – October 6
Cook needs to have backcountry cooking experience or commercial kitchen experience.
Needs to have reliable transportation to northern New Mexico. Transportation needs to have the ability to transport 2 large coolers (supplied by cook) and enough food for 5 people for 6 days.
Cook needs to have a menu for 3 meals per day and do all of the shopping for the menu. Hotdogs and hamburgers are not the type of food to be cooked, more like turkey dinner, steak dinner. French toast, eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy type breakfast.
Cook has no budget for food within reason. Fuel to and from cooks location is reimbursed. Cook has separate bedroom.
No pets
Job pays $3,000 + tips for 6 days.
