Chef for ranch (Family mostly) during hunting season : :
Culinary arts degree required or a minimum of 5 years vocational cooking experience. We are not a Commercial hunting operation/ or Bed and Breakfast.
Additional hunting season work: Creating Menu, purchasing, assisting team in hunting vehicle cleaning and preparation, videography of wildlife, removing nuisance animals, May include darting DMP Bucks in 10,800 acre pasture, helicopter catches, etc.
Off-season duties involve Wildlife focused work: (no experience required) filling feeders, cleaning troughs, operating equipment, prescribed burns, cleaning vehicles, barn, etc.
No Cattle, horses or domestic livestock on ranch; we are only wildlife based.
Salary: $85,000: 401K company matches 6%; bonus; contract required; annual raise; housing/electric provided; a portion of health care and other benefits
Including this position, we have 5 full time employees. We also have a part time person hired for cleaning facilities.
