Shepp Ranch Outfitting, LLC
As the Cook/ Chef at Shepp Ranch, you will be responsible for cooking meals for guests.
When guests are in at the ranch, you will cook three meals a day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be serving up to 14 people at a time. Shepp Ranch is a private ranch that serves to a family that owns the ranch and their friends/ guests. You will also have snacks available for the guests throughout the day.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness, readiness, and the environment of your kitchen. Ranch personnel will assist in the kitchen when guests are at the ranch. You will go to town at least once a month and stock up on groceries and supplies needed for your kitchen. Before going to town, you need to meet with manager to make a list.
You will also use a phone application that can order your weekly groceries. You will also meet with the owner and manager to go over an overall menu at the beginning of the season. When guests are not at the ranch, you will prepare dinner for employees and yourself and you will work in the garden. It is important that you are safety orientated, as you are working in the backcountry.
Shepp Ranch is a located on the Salmon River in Idaho. It is accessible by jet boat and airplane.
