All team members must work well with others and enjoy being part of a hardworking team! Must be a self starter and be able to think outside the box and maintain a presentable image.
Our Season will run through mid-October, and we operate 7 days a week every employee gets 1 day off per week. We open in December through March for winter sleigh rides. Housing and 3 meals per day is part of the compensation package.
Cook Duties include (but not limited to):
- Cook will be responsible cooking food orders from the menu for the breakfast and lunch or dinner for guests and employees and completing basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant and maintaining a clean and organized work area in the kitchen.
- Breakfast can be up to approx 80 meals.
- Lunch is smaller with approx up to 30 meals.
- Dinner can be up to approx 50 meals.
- Good communication with servers and dishwasher is required.
- Must be familiar with dietary restrictions and can handle all aspects of the kitchen including doing the dishes, and keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
- Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.
- Help with weekly food orders with manager and working professionally with management.
- Help with dish washing when necessary.
We have 2 cooks (one does Breakfast/Lunch shift and the one does Dinner shift)
