Mackay Bar Outfitters & Guest Ranch
An Idaho Salmon River hunting, fishing, and resort lodge is looking for a cook for the month of July 2019. Would be nice to have help the first part of August as well. .
Room and board included.
Duties would include cooking and keeping the kitchen clean, organized and details for groups of 6-25. We will have two weddings during that time frame but you would have help in the kitchen for those events.
All meal plans are already created so you would only need to know 3-4 dinners, 2 lunches and 3-4 breakfasts.
Jet boat transportation would be provided to bring you into/out of the Ranch. A small cooks quarters, off of the kitchen, with private bathroom would be exclusively yours for the time frame.
Years of experience preferred: 1 yr
