We are seeking a married couple / long-term partners to fill a full-time operations role at a working horse ranch and RV campground located in Fort Valley, Virginia.

This is a hands-on, on-site role combining equine operations, hospitality, maintenance and admin responsibilities. Ideal for a couple who works well as a team and enjoys both outdoor and operational work. We are looking to have this role staffed in the next 30 – 45 days.

Prior RV park and horse trail business experience preferred.
