Responsibilities include:

Execute all aspects associated with food preparation, presentation, serving and clean-up to ensure quality standards.
Provide guidance and training to the kitchen staff
Product inventory, ordering, receipt, and organization of food products
Support a first-in, first-out food rotation system and inspection process to ensure all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
Coordinate set-up and maintenance of optimum food product levels for buffet, snack area and beverage center
Development of menu options for owner’s approval
Develop daily menu program to be posted for customers
Communicate with marketing manager to identify specific customer food requirements (i.e. allergies or special occasions)
Execute food handling safety procedures as outlined by the State of Texas guidelines
Provide support to housekeeping team in emergency situations
Participate in all requested ranch duties during non-peak food service periods
Support any additional request related to the successful operation of G2 Ranch
Keeping up with beer/liquor/wine inventory and orders
Responsible for the flags
Check garden for watering and weeding
Removing trash and taking to the dump
Prepare all meals and appetizers
Tea refills
Popcorn
Propane for kitchen and fireplace
