G2 Ranch, LLC is a hunting operation and special/corporate event destination that provides the best service and quality food located in Pearsall, TX. We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, supervision of food preparation and presentation, and overall leadership of the team. The Executive Chef will have the responsibility to ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and accurate manner, that the kitchen team operates as a team, and that all policies and procedures are followed. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for developing and implementing the culinary vision of the kitchen staff, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen required; prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
- Prior management experience required; prior management training preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends and nights.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and some overtime.
