Private Farm
Located in Rio Verde, Arizona on a horse breeding and training facility with irrigated grass pasture, barns, wells, and other structures.
This full time position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Building maintenance and repair
- Understand and maintain well systems
- Operate Equipment and service
- Irrigation maintenance
- Grass pasture seasonal care
- Pond maintenance
- Landscaping oversight
- Purchasing supplies, equipment, and feed
- Possibly managing other staff
- Care for horses and other livestock
- Steel Fence repair
- Interior and exterior painting and drywall repair
- Build small structures and minor masonry work
- Source multiple bids from vendors, contractors and service providers
Benefits and salary information: The salary is negotiable depending on experience. Housing is provided, utilities paid, annual bonus, possible signing bonus, 1 week of vacation a year. Vehicle provided for work purposes.
Candidate must organized, self motivated, meticulous with at least 10 years of experience.
