Our clients (a long-time year-round couple with a beautiful mountain residence in Carbondale) are seeking an excellent, full-time, live-out Estate-level Housekeeper.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- day-to-day cleanliness — dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, general floor care
- laundry, care of fine linens and manage dry cleaning
- grocery shop and run errands
- occasional light cooking/meal prep is a plus
- feed, walk dog and take to routine vet and grooming appointments
Applicant Requirements:
- 5-10+ years’ housekeeping experience working in estate-level homes
- longevity in previous jobs with excellent verifiable references
- experience with smart home technology and appliances
- fluency in English — oral, verbal and written
- tech savvy — email, text, basic computer skills
- professional appearance & demeanor
- honest, discreet, loyal, detail-oriented, long-term intent
- clean driver’s license and have own car
- ability to pass a comprehensive background check
General schedule is Monday-Friday — 8:00am-4:00pm.
Pay ranges between $35-45/hour (gross) based on experience and the comprehensive compensation package includes PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) and an annual bonus opportunity.
