We are a small equestrian horse farm, looking for a manager with a minimum of 10 years equine and ranch/farm experience.

We are searching for someone who can independently operate all aspects of running a small farm. A self motivated individual who can juggle many different tasks. Duties include but are not limited to horse training & exercise, riding, feeding, grooming, cleaning, operating farm equipment, maintaining farm equipment and maintaining 30+ acres, farrier and veterinary care schedule to be maintained and coordinated routinely. You must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of lifting 75+lbs, be a hard worker, tend to fencing and pastures, must know how to use a chainsaw, maintain a groomed horse trail on property, cleaning water tanks routinely, landscape experience is a plus.

Knowing electrical, welding and plumbing is a huge plus!

Strong communication skills with the owner/company is mandatory for updates and progress.

We offer housing, utilities, a company work truck, and subsidized medical insurance.
Compensation salary commensurate with experience. Candidate must be willing to sign a two-year contract, and be able to pass company screening procedures.
