We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-talented team for a full-time, live-in Ranch Caretaker/Property Manager position on a private property near Aspen, CO. This diverse role requires a proactive approach and a broad skill set to ensure the smooth, efficient, and beautiful operation of the ranch and residence.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equestrian Care: Proven experience caring for (including riding) horses.
- Property Maintenance: Expertise in general building maintenance, repairs, and minor building renovation projects.
- Grounds Management: Proficient in comprehensive landscape maintenance, including grounds upkeep, irrigation and seasonal care.
- Domestic Support: Ability to handle household duties, including cleaning, cooking, and running errands as needed.
The Ideal Candidates Will Be:
Reliable, self-starters who are comfortable managing multiple streams of work, have a strong work ethic, and values privacy and professionalism.
Salary based on experience, but will range from $65,000-$125,000 based on experience.
