This is a small operation for now (as we intend to grow the heard to 300 to 400 head). The ranch is 600 acres and our goal is to produce the highest quality Registered Brahman and Registered Hereford around. We will be heavily dependent on Embryo work to improve our Genetics. We are also going to focus on land improvement to yield high quality hay. This is not a job for excuse makers, only a job for someone wanting to build something to be proud of and something unique.
- Must be Honest, Trustworthy, Hardworking and Dependable
- Must have experience with Cattle and baling hay.
- Must be able to pulling calves, AI and Vaccination.
- Must be able to run farm equipment, especially baling Hay.
- Must be able to repair fencing
- Requires some nights and weekends as livestock doesn’t take off
- Must have agricultural 4 year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Must have worked with Embryologists
- Must have experience with IVF procedures and competent in injecting vaccines
- Must have experience in halter breaking Brahman cattle
