For nearly 20 years, our mission has aimed to meaningfully contribute to the “protein cycle” through the ag business. We produce high-quality hay and cattle.
We have an opening for a Farm/Ranch Hand that will carry responsibilities as follows:
- Assist us year-round in producing and delivering quality hay to our retailers
- Safely operating equipment
- Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks
- Assist with some cattle operations tasks (with assistance)
Qualifications:
- Farm/Ranch experience is preferred
- Desire and ability for outdoor work
- Equipment operation experience (tractors, loaders, etc.)
Compensation & Schedule:
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- $4,000 to $5,500 per week, depending upon experience
- Health benefits including Dental and Vision, are available
- 401 (k) with Employer matching
- Paid time off
- Peak season requires longer hours and are paid hours
