Help needed on property doing daily barn/ livestock maintenance, grounds maintenance, some mechanical work, general up keep of smaller acreage.

Applicant Must be able to:

1. Operate farm equipment and standard transmission efficiently,
2. Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record..
3. Ability to run and maintain mowing equipment, side by side, blower, etc.

** Important, be familiar with handling horses daily*

Simply put: Taking care of and cleaning livestock barn, handling livestock proficiently, mowing/weed eating and maintenance of grounds surrounding barns and main structures, Basic (daily/ weekly/monthly/yearly) maintenance and recording on farm equipment and vehicles, feed, etc

Start pay: ($14/hr. start; raise Depending on experience/knowledge/effort; would consider more.
