We are seeking a full-time Farm Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate modern farm equipment (tractors, loaders, grain carts, semi-trucks, irrigation pivots, etc.)
- Assist with tilling, planting, harvesting, and crop transport
- Maintain and service machinery and irrigation systems
- Monitor pivot irrigation and manage related inventory
- Keep accurate maintenance and field records
- Help maintain a clean, organized shop and equipment fleet
- Utilize farm technology to improve precision and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating farm machinery
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Understanding of crop production
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to weather-driven schedules
- Team-oriented mindset
