Blixt & Co
Blixt & Co. offers premier, traditional, driven pheasant and partridge shooting in the United States of America, and it’s our goal to bring a long-held English tradition to the majestic American West. Based in Teton Valley, Idaho, we are gearing up for the 2022 season and are looking for talent for both the lodge and field teams. With European traditions and elegance, and new world landscape, Blixt. &. Co's season brings together hard work, inspiring views, tweed and the Rocky Mountains.
Our season runs from August to November and there are full and part time positions available for all departments. Some positions start in May. Training begin during the summer and salaries vary across positions and departments.
Lodge positions available include:
- Breakfast and Lunch Servers
- Evening and Fine Dining Servers
- Sous Chef and Culinary Talent
- Assistant Lodge Manager
- Front of House Talent
Salary: Hourly starting at $15/hour (higher depending on experience) with day rates for other positions at $120/day
