Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team for full-time landscape help and ranch maintenance. This position operates strictly on a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift. You will be responsible for maintaining the property grounds, operating basic outdoor equipment, and ensuring the ranch remains safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging.
Handle general property maintenance, minor repairs, and fence upkeep.
Operate and maintain outdoor power tools and landscaping equipment safely.
Clear debris, manage irrigation systems, and assist with heavy lifting as needed.
Ensure all work areas and tools are kept clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, ranch work, or outdoor maintenance is highly preferred.
Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability for the 7:00 AM start time.
Ability to work independently and follow task lists efficiently.
Reliable transportation to the ranch in Davis, CA.
