Kiani Preserve Ranch
Full time ranch hand wanted to assist with the upkeep, improvement, and development of our constantly growing ranch in Santa Ynez.
We are looking for a few honest, hardworking, clean-cut, drug-free individuals to join our team. Limited experience may be acceptable as long as you are willing to learn and work hard every day.
For the right individual, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement into ranch, vineyard, or livestock management as our company grows!
Ranch hands are tasked with a wide variety of general ranch work including, but not limited to, fencing installation and repair, landscaping maintenance, irrigation installation and repair, livestock and animal care, machinery operation, gardening, and farming.
Starting wage is $15-$16 per hour based on your qualifications, experience, and attitude. No housing available, but transportation may be possible from Lompoc.
Work schedule may include weekends. We try to stick to 8 hours per day, but there is occasional overtime. A background and drug check will be run. Positions available immediately.
