We are a large family-owned cattle ranch in the Bighorn Basin of north-central Wyoming with several facilities managed by a facilities team. We need an experienced and capable groundskeeper to work as part of our team performing landscaping, irrigation, and daily groundskeeping maintenance and projects. Those facilities include 16+ residences, 3+ commercial office & event facilities, and 3 aviation facilities, all requiring structured groundskeeping attention during all seasons.

This is a full-time, year-round position.

Desired Qualifications

Commercial & residential irrigation installation and maintenance. (This job does not include oversite of ranch crop irrigation systems)
Ability to bring our landscaping vision to life through both installation and maintenance.
Tree trimming, planting & removal.
Lawn, weed, and flowerbed maintenance programs experience.
Ability to manage the health of our grasses, flowers, plants, and trees.
Small engine repair (mowers, snow blowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.)
Large equipment operations & transport (skid steer, mini-ex, dump truck, snowplow, etc.)
Wyoming driver’s license (within 6 months) and be insurable by the ranch’s standards.
Must be able to work well with a great team.
