Qualifications required:
- 5 years min experience in operation of heavy equipment
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment
- Able to maintain and service equipment
- Ability to determine/build proper slope & grade with dozer
- Familiar with land clearing and root raking
- Large excavator & mini excavator experience
- Operates heavy equipment in safe and effective manner
- Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have a valid Drivers License
Qualifications preferred:
- Forestry equipment experience
- Feller and buncher experience
- Ranch/farm background
- General construction abilities/knowledge
- Ability to pull trailers
Large ranch near Crestview, FL is seeking an experienced equipment operator to join our team! This position will be full time with weekend work available. The candidate must be knowledgeable in all equipment operation and highly skilled in dozer & excavator. The desire is to have a highly versatile operator that can work not only as an operator but also flexible to do other tasks when needed.
