Elkhorn Ranch is a winter season guest ranch (November-April) in the rugged Baboquivari Mountains southwest of Tucson, AZ that provides personalized horseback riding, hiking & comfortable living for about 32 guests. The Millers have owned and operated Elkhorn continuously since 1945. We hire about 20 people for seasonal jobs from early October 2025 to May 3rd, 2026. We are hiring for the 2025/26 season for these positions:

Sous Chef ~ breakfast cooking, baking and prep
Server ~ hospitality in our dining room, dishes and care for guest dining room and outdoor patio
Housekeeper ~ take care of our guest cabins and ranch laundry
Kitchen Assistant ~ pots and pans, kitchen cleaning, assist chefs
Horseback Guide/Farrier ~ guide guest rides, animal care, ranch work, and shoeing (not an entry level position)
Maintenance Worker and Driver ~ handy man, grounds keeping, pool care, wood cutting, and driving for guests and supply runs

Notes: All of our crew live on the ranch. Room and board in your own room (shared bathroom) is part of the compensation. Jobs start in early-mid October and run through May 3, 2025.

Pay: minimum of $16/hour (depending on job) + full room and board + end of season bonus
