Cotton Mesa Trophy Elk
Looking for a camp cook/chef for the months of September and October for our elk season!
It will be a live-in position, we have clients about 6.5 days per week.
Need to be familiar with:
Estimating food consumption based upon current camp population and planned menu
Monitoring inventory food levels and conditions; order food products, meat and supplies accurately in a timely manner and assure proper storage and rotation of products
Receiving and examining food and supplies to ensure quality and quantity
Producing menus based on type of food to be prepared and applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation.
Planning, cooking and overseeing the preparation and service of quality meals
Conducting pre meal walk through daily to monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of serving and meal areas
Establishing and maintaining good customer relations through courteous daily contact and quality professional service
