Hunting camp in the mountains of Colorado. 4 BR 2 BA house accommodations with 2 full kitchens.
I conduct 7 hunts over a period of two and a half months…. Sept – mid November. There are many days off during this season and the job is only during the span of the conducted hunts.
Cook is responsible for planning menus, cooking, cleaning and shopping. Online ordering has worked well in the past for cooks. MUST have experience in cooking for 8-14 people, meat and potatoes basic meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner with evening desert. Must be prompt, meals on time, neat and proper appearance and attire, pleasant personality… Salary plus tips.
Housing is provided during the hunts, your owned vehicle is mandatory, clear background check, good credit expected, and experience in hunting camps or dude ranches is preferred.
This camp is in the mountains and snow is possible in October and November, recommend four wheel drive vehicle. I prefer local applicants as camp is not available for stay except during the hunt dates for cook or guides.
