Ranch Hand/Property Caretaker Duties:

- Preventative maintenance of ranch buildings (basic carpentry)
- Basic plumbing and basic electrical maintenance
- Build and repair fencing
- Grounds Maintenance/Landscape/Mowing/Gardening/Flower Beds/Trail maintenance
- General vehicle and equipment maintenance
Housekeeper/Private Chef Skills:

Housekeeper/Private Chef Duties:
- Clean and maintain large ranch house
- Perform laundry duties as necessary
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks and around kitchen area
- Scrub and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, and stock bathrooms
- Wipe and clean mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Make beds and change linens
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Report any damages or repairs needed
- Discuss meal preferences and expectations with owner
- Menu planning
- Grocery shopping/ordering/purchasing
- Meal prep/cooking
- Understand and practice food hygiene
- Clean up/maintain a clean kitchen. cleaning all guest dishes after meals and a weekly deep clean of kitchen will be performed
- Ability to prepare meals and host small and large parties
Salary: $30k – $50k Annual Salary per position/Negotiable/DOE
