Our kitchen team is made up of sous, line and prep cooks. The team works closely together to co-manage the kitchen program. Our ideal candidates have a solid head in the kitchen, with direct experience in a kitchen setting. Candidates must be on board to delegate and take direction, and most importantly, facilitate a positive work environment. Our kitchen staff will report to the general manager.

We will train the right person if you do not have direct experience in a resort or hospitality setting.

Role Overview

Work within kitchen team to prepare all guest meals – prep, cook, plate.
Maintain food quality, preparation, presentation, handling and sanitation.
Communicate with front-of-house dining manager during service.
Follow established menu, prep, and dining schedule.
Stock food items and other necessary supplies.
Maintain prep area and kitchen cleanliness.
Set up and break down station.

Dining Program

Our menu would be described as “classic cowboy fare” featuring items like biscuits and gravy, sandwiches, and steak dinners. We try to accommodate all dietary restrictions and requests.

We serve meals to our guests and staff 3x daily, with periods in between for snacks and grazing. Meals are either served buffet, packed or plated.

Day-To-Day

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts will be scheduled on a split or consecutive basis. You may work AM/PM with an open midday block. You may also work two consecutive meals with an open block in the morning or evening.

Weekly Schedule

Our guests arrive on a 3-day or 6-day package. Sunday and Wednesday are arrival days. Wednesday and Saturday are departure days
