Position #1 – Housekeeping/Dishwasher/Ranch Hand

Responsible for daily housekeeping cleaning tasks, kitchen dishwasher and any other ranch duties. Can stand for long periods of time.

Position #2 – Server/Bartender/Ranch Hand

Responsible for serving tables and able to bartend, opening and closing duties of the restaurant including dishwashing, any other ranch duties as well. Can stand for long periods of time.

Position #3 – Lead Cook

Responsible for lunch and dinner with the head cook, prepping in between meals, dishwashing, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and guest service. Can stand for long periods of time.

Position #4 – Cook/Prep Cook
