Come cook at 9,350′, the home of Piney River Ranch—where your shift ends with views of the Gore Range and a lake steps from your kitchen.

Spend your summer working hard during the day—and hiking, fishing, or relaxing by the lake when you’re off.

We run a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen serving hungry hikers and adventurers from 11am–6pm daily. Our menu focuses on elevated comfort food, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and salads, with a strong emphasis on house-smoked meats and simple, high-quality execution.

This is a great role for a line cook who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to step into a leadership role—taking ownership of the line, dialing in consistency, and helping lead a tight-knit team.

We keep a small crew and a strong culture—so we’re looking for the right person, not just anyone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a high-volume line during service (11am–6pm)
• Executing a focused menu of elevated comfort food and smoked meats
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and speed during peak rushes
• Assisting with prep, organization, and kitchen flow
• Supporting a clean, efficient, team-driven kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook experience
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to stay organized under pressure
