Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our Cooks play a vital role in preparing appetizing meals and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is characterized by kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the preferences of our cherished guests. Your duties will include:

• Prepare and Cook Meals in Accordance with Planned Menus and Dietary Requirements
• Ensure Proper Food Handling, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures are Followed
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of Kitchen and Food Storage Areas
• Assist with Food Prep, Portioning, and Serving as Needed
• Monitor Food Supplies and Communicate Needs to Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Provide a Pleasant and Respectful Dining Experience for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous Cooking Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Standards
• Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Go Above and Beyond for Our Guests
• Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
• A Genuine Passion for providing an incredible culinary experience.

What we offer:

An opportunity to be a part of an extraordinary team on one of the most unique ranches in the Rocky Mountain West. The ranch sits on 36,000 acres of private ground ranging in elevation from 8,200′ to 14,000′. The ranch is here for you to enjoy and explore in your time off. On top of your base pay you will receive a season end bonus, and this is a tipped position with tips averaging over $1,000 per month. Housing, meals, utilities, and internet are provided at no charge. 401(k) with 7% match after one year of employment. Multiple other employee benefits and perks. The position runs from May through November.
