Work at the Gateway to the Copper River Valley and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park
Job Duties:
Performs a variety of advanced food preparation tasks.
Routinely, prepares and processes food.
Monitors food preparation and cook on line during meal production.
Job Requirements:
3 years of line cook experience.
Proficiency in inventory lists.
Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees and management.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintains an attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment.
May require sweeping, mopping and washing dishes.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Salary: $14-$18/hour + Lodging Discount
Bonus: Glennallen is located next to Wrangell-St. Elias Park and Preserve which is the largest National Park in the U.S. Excellent fishing and outdoor hobbies.
