This is a local farm/ranch. We are looking for a live on property couple or two people who can share a two bedroom apartment. Horse and animal experience preferred, with tractor, mowing and trimming, gardening, small engine, painting duties. Light carpentry and electrical would be helpful, along with building maintenance. Must be a self-starter.

This is a work on your own full-time position. The compensation provided is housing with utilities, a salary based on knowledge and skill, and room to board one horse. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
