Looking for conscientious efficient handy person to help as part of our team to make ready rental units as well as assist on small ranch property
Duties include but are not limited to: installing faucets; painting houses’ interior & exterior; installing lighting & plumbing fixtures, toilets, vanities; repairing sheet rock; texturing; repairing leaks; fixing & monitoring sprinklers; landscaping
Welding skills is a bonus
Compensation:
- Housing provided
