Looking for a reliable, skilled Mechanic & Ranch Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hand-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a hunting and breeding ranch operation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate, maintain, and repairing tractors, ATVs/UTVs, vehicles, generators, and ranch equipment.
- Maintain and repair ranch infrastructure: barns, deer pens, feeders, water systems, fences, and ranch roads.
- Assisting with deer feedings, pen cleaning, and ranch chores.
- Help with cattle handling, hunt preparation during peak seasons.
- Troubleshoot and perform both preventive and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and maintenance skills (diesel, small engine, electrical, and welding experience a plus).
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
- Willingness to assist in animal care, hunting operation prep, and other ranch tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to handle ranch work in various weather conditions.
