Canyon Madness Ranch in Northeast New Mexico (www.canyonmadnessranch.com) wishes to hire a Ranch Operation Assistant who has skills as a mechanic in order to better maintain all our equipment. A person who has other skills that can be useful in a ranch operating a substantial cow-calf operation, a substantial horse breeding and training program and an impressive vacation guest lodge is preferred.
An employee, single or married, without dependent children is more practical because of the lack of schools locally. Full-time employee is in a profit-sharing Co-Op, receiving an annual base salary of $30,000 but receive as free benefit a stand-alone cabin, and all food, beverage, utilities, wifi/internet, television and many others. Any profit-sharing due to the employee is given as an annual cash bonus and not as transferable stock.
