Wanted: Caretaker Couple in Northwest Georgia

Part-time 22 hours groundskeeper per week in exchange for rent in new 2br/2ba 1,080 sq ft private home with carport, fireplace, acreage and outbuilding for equipment storage. You pay utilities. Gardening space also available.

85 acres . 3 homes. 25 acres wooded, 5 acre fishing lake and 40 acre rented cattle pasture. Family farm, certified wildlife habitat. Located an hour N of Atlanta and Chattanooga TN near Rome, GA.

Duties include: bush hog, mowing, spraying, trimming, pressure washing, handyman, general upkeep, driveway and equipment maintenance, weeding-gardening, fence repair, animal care, pond maintenance, “gate keeper”, pet care, etc.

Additional hourly pay available if interested in housekeeping and driving. ( Think, Ms Daisy). Healthy, Fit, No Drugs or Alcohol, clean driving record. Long term position with a great family. References , maintenance equipment experience required. Minor plumbing, and electrical a plus.
