Part time job. Free room and board. This is a work/trade for housing.  This position is ideal for a single individual with a full-time job looking for free rent. Mechanically inclined.

Is able to operate a tractor capable of removing and installing attachments. Upkeep of property.  Keeping  the ranch free of debris down trees, branches and overgrown shrubs. Minor fixes on properties.

Approximately 8 to 16 hours a week. No drugs or smoking  Must be able to pass drug test.
